Tree Services FAQs Hamilton

How much does it cost to remove a tree?

There are too many variables to consider, like access, tree height, tree's condition, tree size, equipment, etc., to know the exact price. We recommend scheduling a tree quote consultation with one of our operations managers to discuss price.

Do you get rid of everything (branch, logs, etc.) once the job is done?

Yes, we chip most of the branch material. The woodchips can be left on-site at the client's request or removed.

Can larger diameter wood be left on-site?

Yes, we can leave the larger wood on-site or load it away. We can leave it on-site cut to your size requirement or left in longer lengths.

How close to the ground do you cut the tree?

We cut the tree as close to the ground as possible. Although, rocks or other objects can get in the way.

Stump Services FAQs Hamilton

How much does it cost to grind a stump?

Too many variables (access, size, equipment, etc.) exist to know the exact price. We recommend scheduling a quote consultation with one of our operations managers to discuss costs.

Do you check underground services?

Yes. We will check if any underground services, like phone, fibre and water, are nearby during the quote. If you don't know where they are, we can contact a service locator to identify their location.

What is left behind after grinding a stump?

A small pile of wood chips from the stump ground if left in the hole on-site.

Can you dig out a stump?

Yes, although instead, we have specialised machine that quickly chips the stump and mixes it with the soil, creating a mulch filled hole where the stump once was. This saves digging and disposal costs.
